Default So even if you give your CC# and get a claim #...

your not gauranteed to get your replacement within 7 - 10 days? I guess I'm confused. Are we looking at another backorder situation? It appeared fron the posts on this forum that Sirious was making soem progress in customer service by responding to claims. This is not the case? I put in a claim about a week or so ago maybe a few days longer and gave my cc# and was given a claim #. The rep said expect something in 7 to 10 days. I figured sicne they took my credit card # and gave me a shipping time frame I was good to go. On previous calls to warrantee I was just told that the units are on backorder. So I'm confused..what is the current story or situation?

just got off the phone with them today and they said they are on back order again....

same story here..i called the 17th the 9th day in the 7-10 days when my s50 was suposed to arrive..and it was never shipped..Darnel the rep was kind of obnoxious telling me I should wait until the 10th day...i asked for the tracking number then to see if it was really coming the next day..
he said that it was not availalbe to i said "then t didnt shp and he said no it was on back order" i asked why he said to wait until tomorrow then and he said he might even get a tracking number that night..
it was the ridiculous run around until he said the lastest stall tactic...i was being put on a list to give his supervisor..for expediated shipment..such bullsh*it I really cant stand this anymore

So everything is backordered again and any promise of shipment is BS? So taking the credit card number and getting a claim # is nothing. Unbelievable. Why not jsut tell me (again) that the units are not redy for shipment and that I need to wait? Why take my credit card number and give me a shipping time frame?

thats what i said and darnel said the other person i spoke with shoudnt have "implied" that i would get it..she didnt imply.. she said i would!

i hate this..
