Rich - There is a guy that I used to work with who played for the OKC Blazers and played for the Aeros a couple of seasons. He was a structural engineer in the off season. He now works in the Houston office of the same company. The moved down there since that is where his wife is from, they met while he was playing for the Aeros.

The ironic thing is, he worked on the Ford Center project in OKC where the Blazers play now.

Here is where the Rockets and Aeros play now (Toyota Center)
Thx, Sirius Rich for sharing those pics. I seen some pics of the Toyota Center before and the Rockets playing on TV in there new arena. It not bad looking and much bigger, then the old Summit Arena/Compaq Center which I heard it now Lakewood Church? I remember when I moved out of Houston, they were showing off the drawings for a new arena. I heard it build across the street of the George R. Brown Convention Center, if so they took out that nice park that was once there.

Joel Osteen has gathered quite a following at the old Compaq Center (The Summit). Attending Church is now a large event.

New York Islanders. Been a fan for as long as I can remember. Hockey is by far my favorite sport and will be my son's too

Washington Capitals fan here.

Got some good young talent that will be fun to watch mature over the next few years. No hope for us winning anything any time soo...um...ever to be honest.

I remember the Stars, and the first incarnation of the Blazers when they played at the Fairgrounds Arena. Dime beer nights were always quite a show for a youngster

I have to go with the Pittsburgh Penguins, but since I'm a SoCal native, I also have to pull for the Mighty Ducks of Anaheim

Default Pittsburgh Penguins rule!

My hometown W-B/Scranton Penguins (AHL) are the top farm team for the Penguins. I can't wait till training camp cause Sydney Crobsy and the Pittsburgh Pens are coming to Wilkes-Barre! I'm sure practices will be packed! I say the Pens will be in the playoffs this year. Its about time they deserve it after the last few losing seasons! LETS GO PENS!!!
