GO STEELERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
From all appearances, one would think "highly unlikely" but as someone said in another thread on this forum, the game is played on the field so you never know.

From what I saw yesterday, Cincinnati was able to move the ball through the air pretty well against the Steelers secondary during most of the first half so one can only imagine or dread what Indy will do, especially if they're playing on all cylinders.

One slight advantage Steelers have is that they played them earlier in the year so they'll know what to expect in terms of the crowd noise, et. al.

And...will the Steelers be able to run the ball at all against Indy? It will be difficult meaning that the Steelers may have to try and the operatorative word here is "try" to keep pace w/Indy.
I was thinking back to our game with Indy....yeah they beat us bad BUT... there were some positive signs: Take away the first play and the onside kick attempt at the beginning of the second half and the Colts have minus 14 points....In reality our defense had Manning confused in that game. Also that was Bens first game back. He looked very rusty. Now hes playing his best football yet....We have a chance.

GO STEELERS!!!!!!!!!!!!
All I can say is I hope Indy wins by a hundred now after seeing the amount of steeler fans around me laughing and cheering when they brought out the stretcher for palmer yesterday. Then hearing steeler fans after the game saying they will do the same next week to Peyton. The steeler fans here are fine, but I hope the steelers never win a game again after witnessing all of that.

"Palmer doesn't blame von Oelhoffen for hit

CINCINNATI -- One replay was all Carson Palmer needed to see."

Rizzy,
As a Steeler fan, I wish Palmer a quick, speedy, and full recovery for next season. I think most Steeler fans would agree that they want to beat a team with their best players playing and not injured. On tv, it was very apparent that Van Oelhoffen was upset that he injured Palmer. I think Cincy has a great future especially with those DAWGS you have on defense. I am also glad that you don't think all the Steeler fans are like the ones that wear sitting by you at the game.

Divisional playoffs this weekend. Should be some great games. Here's the schedule and my picks:

Saturday, January 14th
Washington at Seattle 4:30 p.m.
New England at Denver 8:00 p.m.

Sunday, January 15th
Pittsburgh at Indianapolis 1:00 p.m.
Carolina at Chicago 4:30 p.m.

The Carolina/Chicago game is the toughest one for me to pick. Can't wait for the weekend.

I agree with Seattle, Chicago, and Indy, but Denver will definately surpass NE this weekend. Shannahan did it once, and he's bound to do it again.

Let's just hope someone tells Cowher that RUN, RUN, THROW ON THIRD AND LONG just about every time - isn't going to work against the Colts. Give Ben a chance!!!

Hopefully the Colts will be a little rusty early on and the Steelers can get in the groove right away. I think that is the only way the Steelers have a chance at beating them. It is a huge advatage that the Steelers lost to them earlier this year so they can use that as extra motivation if they really need it. Cowher doesn't lose to the same twice very often. Lets hope the Bus keeps on rollin'

Other games I see Chicago beating the Panthers or the first one to 13 points.
The weather has to help the Bears.

Seattle should be able to win at home unless Brunell can use some of that University of Washington luck in Seattle. Their offense was horrible last week in Tampa Bay but in the playoffs it is survive and advance.

I have to pick New England until they lose, they have proved me wrong time after time. They are a machine!
