yeah the bengals lost, i will take my crap for saying they would win.

it really sucks when you have to play a good team, eh?? A squeeler fan can not make that comment. Right now the same goes for all you squeeler fans. The only team you have played decent this year is New England and even they are not the mighty power they were last year. You have beat tennesee and houston and those wins prove nothing.

If you can pull off a win tonight against the chargers then I might agree that pittsburgh is as good as they were last year, but I don't see it happening.

The Chargers are going to roll, count on it.

The Steelers benefit every year from a weakness of their division. The Bengals are seeing that this year .. kudos to a Bengal fan who can call a spade a spade.

Steeler fans are typically thicker, but maybe a 5th or 6th home AFC title game loss will begin to suggest how overrated this team perennially is.

Rough game to watch for Ravens fans. We absolutely beat ourselves. Our offense was actually able to move the ball pretty well, and the stats are pretty telling on what should have been the outcome:

QB's:
Ravens - Anthony Wright 20/37, 230 yds, 2 TD, 2 INT
Lions - Joey Harrington 10/23, 97 yds, 1 TD, 2 INT

RB:
Ravens - Jamal Lewis 19 rushes, 95 yds, 0 TD (he did have one receiving TD though)
Lions - Kevin Jones 26 rushes, 58 yds, 2 TD

Wright's interceptions were at horrible times...1 in the endzone when he shouldn't have even tried to throw the ball, and 1 when we were just about in field goal range.

Our penalties absolutely killed us. The Lions were on the 1 yard line and our defense stopped them on all 3 downs, but of course on 3rd down, we commit a stupid penalty (unsportsmanlike conduct) and give them a whole new set of downs. Again we stop them on the first 2 downs, and what appeared to be a stop on 3rd down but they gave them a TD.

I hope I don't hear anymore complaints about last week's bad call that cost the Lions the game, because the ref's made up for it this week with a bullsh*t fumble call. On replay it was clearly an incomplete pass, but the ref's still gave it to them.

We had 2 players ejected for contact with refs, 21 penalties (a lot of them at really key times in the game) which totaled 147 yards, 2 interceptions and 2 lost fumbles. A game we could have and should have won, but we lost because of sheer stupidity and players losing their cool. Now we're all alone in last place, and after what I saw yesterday, I can't say we don't deserve to be there.

C'mon, you didn't really think they'd let a 1-3 team lead a division, did you? The league was embarrassed enough last week with a 1-2 team in first place there. The NFL has never been more active in "helping" certain fan-palatable outcomes to happen than it has been in the last 2-3 years... or did you think that it was just dumb luck that it was the Giants who benefited with a 9th home game?

What about them? They just won by pure luck over The Eagles!

I am 5-8 this week, unless the Steelers win then I am 6-8!

congrats on the steelers winning a tough game

if i was a steeler fan though i would have rather taken the loss and kept big ben than win that game and lose him for who knows how long

guess we will find out later today if the steelers are going to have an uphill battle for the remainder of the season

Great game last night, but unfortunately the Steelers won. But I can't complain too much, as the Yankees were knocked out of the playoffs last night. Anyway, my results from this week:
