Default OSU vs Michigan

The game is coming up and yet it's not on the Sirius football schedule. What gives? Is the, most likely, #1 vs #2 game not important enough?

I understand them not carrying OSU vs NW, but come on!

If Sirius wants to be #1 in sports, they should air the #1 team especially in a big game.

Are you sure about this? SIRIUS has "radio rights" to both those schools.

Some good news from behind the scenes, ... although the game is not listed on the master scheduele on sirius.com YET, Sirius DOES have a board operator schedueled to work the Mich vs. OSU game that day on November 15th. Stay tuned for the official scheduele to be released on sirius.com sports section soon. But the game will be aired.

Generally Sirius does not like to Give a future list of games and listings far in advance because game times change, channels change.. etc etc. and they want to keep things simple and not confuse fans when one week a team should be on channel 123, and end up being on channel 130 the day of the game.

I'm not a big college football fan, but I'm not missing this game for anything. It will be great.

Go Bucks!! Muck Fichigan!! It does suck that Sirius only carries about 3 Buckeye football games per year when OSU is supposedly associated with Sirius.

Question

Today: (11/11/06)

SIRIUS
2:30 PM Michigan Wolverines @ Indiana Hoosiers 144

XM
Michigan @ Indiana N/A 3:30PM ET XM 197
Ohio State @ Northwestern N/A 3:30PM ET XM 198

I still don't understand how SIRIUS can have the "rights" to the number one team in the country and not broadcast them.

Just grabbed this off of sirius.com:

Michigan (2) v. Ohio State (1)
Saturday, November 18th
Hear the biggest rivalry in college football live, when the Wolverines (11-0) head to Columbus, Ohio to take on the Buckeyes (11-0) and try to avenge last year’s 25-21 loss. Kickoff is approximately 3:30 pm ET, but SIRIUS is your campus connection, delivering live broadcasts from both schools. Listen to your team’s announcers or bounce back and forth to hear what “the other guys” are saying about the most talked about game of the season.

Pre-game coverage:
Ohio State Buckeyes @ 2:30 pm ET on Ch. 130
Michigan Wolverines @ 3 pm ET on Ch. 125
