The XM CSR will probably waive the activation fee if it was just yesterday.

Thanks for the help. The reason my xm was shut off was that i was running low on money and in the next few weeks or so i may save up so i can turn it back on.

Just be honest.

Hey man, money was tight. I had to allow my subscription to run out. I'd love to resubscribe, but I can't afford another activation fee. If you'll waive that fee, I'll sign up again.

No way would they NOT take that offer. You already own the hardware. They have nothing to lose and a subscriber to gain.

This morning my dad called xm to resubscribe everything went smooth but The person my dad was talking to said that my radio was bad. I had my inno for about a year and it was alive and well since last monday. Looks like a best buy road trip this week for the brand new xmmp3 radio.

I think you can only pre-order this at the moment.

I just went back to XM and when I called to activate my radio, I told them that I was promised to have the activation fee waived if I came back. they didn't even question it.

They are just happy to have people signing up that they don't want to lose a sub over an activation fee.

Maybe they'll even take you back for less than the regular price? $6 a month for 12 months, if paid all at once? I've heard it happens.
