Default This makes no sense...

I e-mailed Sirius after they told me I couldn't add the Best of XM to my current radio. So then I sent an e-mail asking if I signed up for $6.99 for the Sirius internet radio if the Best of XM package came with it. I didn't feel like waiting so I signed up for a free trial (even though I already have Sirius) and sure enough on the free trial you can't get Howard Stern but you CAN get the Best of XM so I was thinking that I'd add $6.99 Sirius internet radio to my current subscription. I get an e-mail and they say no I can't do that. WTF?

I don't understand what you are trying to do....

You have a subscription.. right?
You don't need to pay anything for Sirius internet radio if you are already a subscriber. Just listen.

If you are not a subscriber, you need to pay the full $12.95.

Are you saying that they won't let you listen to Best of XM online because your radio can't get it? That doesn't make sense. I'd call back to talk to somone else. Simply tell them that you want to be able to get the Best of XM stations online, don't even attempt to change anything with your radio. Good luck.

As of right now, I am not getting Best of Xm on my Internet stream either. I did get it no problem, but after upgrading to the premiuim stream, I lost it. So, it is possible to get best of XM on your stream online if you are paying for it.

Just call up and explain you want to add it for your internet stream and pay the extra.

He did not say what radio he has, but my X-act is not compatible either for "best of XM". Another way to check is to see if your radio can get "Hardcore Sports", mine doesn't.

Right now I just have the basic Sirius package that comes with the basic Sirius internet radio. So if I log in to listen to Sirius online I get Howard, all the music stations and everything that comes with the basic package of Sirius online.

I wanted to know that if I added on the $6.99 to my current account to get everything available on Sirius internet radio if I could listen to Opie & Anthony and the rest of the best of XM package and I was told no.

This was after I had already signed up for a free trial of Sirius internet radio and they were offering the Best of XM. So I don't understand why I was told no that I can't add the $6.99 to my current account and listen to the best of XM.
