Default Two questions about Stiletto...

First is more of an observation, but I was hoping for feedback...I've noticed that once I'm connected to my PC, I never get a "drive letter" assigned. The unit shows up under Sirius Studio and I've sucessfully xfered songs to the thing. It just never shows up as a "mounted" USB device. And thus, I can't find anywhere to "eject" it when I'm done. Anyone know if this could be a drive letter assignment thing under Windows XP? Just disconnecting the USB hasn't seemed to cause any problems thus far...

Question 2: Regarding the "missing" voice tags and channel logos...Anyone know yet if these are updated like the S50 (leaving it connected for a couple hours, etc.) or if it will be done via firmware updating? I know it's no big deal as far as functionality...it's just an obessive-compulsive thing with me, I suppose!

It doesn't get a drive letter. It gets put in as "Stiletto 100" as the last entry under "My Computer".

I've had no isses with missing voice tags/logos so I can not answer that.

Thumbs up

A1: Feel free to yank it. You do not have to eject the MTP device. Mass Storage devices are the ones that appear with drive letters.

A2: This one sounds like it will go the S50 way. Only if a firmware is available will you get the update. Besides MSS you could get the update over Wifi too.

Anybody else out there who is sure on A2?
