Default What's Wrong with My Sirius Studio Streaming????

It was down over the weekend, and still isn't streaming audio.
I thought they would have fixed it by now.

Is anybody able to actually connect?
Has anybody been able to resolve the issue?

My home dock for my Stiletto hasn't come in yet, so I have to listen on line at home for a while longer and the web browser is a drag to log in for streaming.

I'm still having the same problem. I can't connect either unless I go thru the regular internet connection.

It's amazing that this problem hasn't been fixed yet.

Did you check with Sirius so that at least they know about the problem? I really doubt they'll be able to help, but maybe they could at least report it to someone internally.

Also, have you tried the Yahoo Sirius Tuner Widget? I use that while I'm at work and rarely have a problem with it...much much better than the sirius.com login

Certainly a person could use widget or the online tuner but for me I just want my mss stream back. It's been down since last week. I'd prefer to not install the widget....I have enough media players on my pc already and I really don't need yet another one.

At least I'm not alone with this still.

It should work damn-it. They should at least have a spot on their website that offers system status updates, news from their techies, news for subscribers that pay them money every month.

They could probably reduce the amount of help-desk phone calls that they receive if they were offering simple status information on the sirius.com website. It would be much much cheaper than phone support for simple items and would help free up their techs for more important calls.

There is a small chance that Sirius technical support is unaware of this problem. Has anyone called?

I had read elsewhere that there were calls in for this, but haven’t had a chance to call them for myself.

I can make some quick posts from the office, but they won’t leave me alone long enough here to sit on hold waiting 45 minutes for customer service. (or however long it’s taking these days.)

At least they give us options for how we can tune in!

My neighbor did. he called product support to know why it wasnt working or get some assistance to fix it and since he didnt get a reasonable fix or aceptable answer he told the guy to report it to someone, hopefully the agent did.

I started having problems with My Sirius Studio after I upgraded to Internet Explorer 7. Did any of you guys upgrade also? Or is it a coincidence?

Care to elaborate... did they suggest anything to fix it and did it work? what was the problem with your IE? did you download anything to fix it? did you uninstall anything?

I don't think it's IE since one of my computers has IE6 and the other has IE7 and it doesn't work on either of them, when it used to before.
