Default HELP - Stiletto/Soloist issue

I was using my stilletto with my soloist for the first time. I undocked it from my soloist and then docked it in a home kit. The remote control no longer works at all. I tried a replacement battery just to be sure the battery wasnt the issue. I rebooted the unit several times as well. Everything worked fine until I tried it with the soloist. Please advise.

I've only had my unit do a Hard Hang up one time. ( No response from remote or buttons) To fix it I removed the battery from the stiletto.

I normally Yank the stiletto out of the soloist every morning then I plug it into my car dock and it continues where it left off. No selections necessary.

When I yank it out of the car dock and go to put it into my office Home dock I have to select Satillite again and choose the channel.

Going from the Home dock back to the Car dock I have to choose the Satillite and channel again.

It seems that leaving the soloist dock is the easiest in that when I plug it into another dock, it remembers what it was doing and continues doing it.

Sounds like you have a bad home dock. My first one had a dead ir receiver and Crutchfiled replaced it. I doubt the Soloist had anything to do with it. Did the remote ever work with your home dock?
