Default Dogstar Radio

I mistakingly placed preordered a car kit with these guys and have been trying to cancel it for over a week now and no one has gotten back to me. Have any of you had any experiences with these people and what should I do? I have sent about 15 emails and left several messages and they won't get back to me. I know, I know, I should have ordered from TSS or crutchfield!!! Just curious if any of you have dealt with them and how it went.

I realise you had to have the correct URL to order, just thought the spelling
error might be part of the email problem now ..

I have purchased radios from them 2 different times and had no problems
got it in a few days .. but I never ordered anything they didnt have
there are at least a few others on here that have mentioned them
maybe I just got lucky


I would keep a record of the cancel requests and not worry about it
just dont accept any shipment

I have called that number SEVERAL TIMES and just got a machine and yes I left several messages.... When I email them I am simply replying back to the one time that they did send something back to me through email. If I refuse it at the door they won't charge my card right? I just don't want to be stuck with two car docks and have to worry about selling one.

At this point I would call your credit card company, tell them about the situation and also tell them not to let a charge from these guys come through.
