I gotta say the home dock and it's antenna are freaking great! I never knew I would love Sirius even more than I already did. but now with this and Sirius going through my home stereo, I am right back in love with the Stiletto. i went from "iffy" and nearly ready to give up on it, to ready to go all i. I have ordered a car kit and am asking for the sleeve fro Christmas. Now I can't get enough. Just wish the car kit would get here, I miss Sirius in my VERY short commute to work. Although I must say I will be scared to leave it in the dock for fear of theft.

Oh and I just exchanged my first Stiletto unit today for another one for rebate purposes. My newest one seems to work 100% fine in all facets, and maybe even seems to get a tad better reception than the other in portable use.
But when I put it in the dock, I can only turn volume up to 3/4 of the way. Is this normal and I just never noticed it on the other? I tried both the remote as well as the volume on side of the unit.

Mine does the same thing in the dock. Volume only goes to 3/4th. Not a big deal since I can just turn up the radio volume on the car...
If you truely want to love the car use, pay the money to get the modulator put in. I used to have to switch stations when static came, now... no static ever with the modulator.

I just used a cable to connect from the aux part of the dock to the aux spot on my car stereo and that worked great.
