Post Stiletto in WV

Hey all,
For those who are wondering about performance in the mountains of Wv, I must say that I didn't have a dropout at all in my travels from Beckley to Iaeger, WV... I've also been to numerous other places in southern WV without a dropout whatsoever. I used to have an Audiovox PNP2.. So this receiver was a HUGE step up!! And it looks great in my 2003 Element.

Beckley to Iaeger huh? How did you travel? I wouldn't expect droputs from Beckley to Bluefield if you went 77 south. I don't know about Route 52 though. I have dropouts (on both XM and Sirius) traveling to Hinton on Route 20 from I-64. WV is definitely the place to test for dropouts.

I travel up and down i79 a lot and into deepest, darkest Upshur county to visit relatives and never have ANY dropouts. The only time my signal cuts out is under bridges and in downtown Charleston. I wish they'd hurry up and switch the terrestrial repeater on!!

I took 52... No drop outs... unfrigginbelievable!! If you ever drive that road, you'll know why it would be impossible not to get a drop out... but the Stiletto and the antenna provided did the job!!

Better than the cell signal in Upshur, huh?
