If you don't use Wifi, then why do you need the new Wifi channel list?

***EDIT*** just got the update. left wifi on for maybe 20 mins total.

I saw the new channels within 2-3 minutes of tuning to Sirius hits 1. I guess any channel would do. And my connection is not really 'super fast'.

Looks like the new channels are also showing up on the Sirius Web player (sirius.com -> "listen online")

Pardonez-moi if this is a dumbass question; I've not been near my Stiletto since last night to check this, but does this mean they've added the Canadian channels too..?

Those have been available online for a couple of months now, you just never noticed. This update though was for the Stiletto.

No Canadian Channels, they certainly don't have the rights to transmit those via the internet.

I also received the update for wifi. Although I don't really use that feature very much. So I don't know when it updated. I would have never noticed if I had not just read this thread. I can step just outside from where I live to pick up free public wifi. I live right near are plaza. Which is in center of town. A number of wifi systems around. Some are secure, and some are not secure. I use them sometimes just to be sure my wifi is working properly. It's good to know more channels are available for the times I do want to use wifi. Thanks

Had mine on wifi for about three and a half hours and no update. =( Does it need to be on my ID channel or just any ol' channel?

Any old channel will do.

Maybe you need to shut down and restart the unit. Then go to WIFI. I didn't even notice when mine updated.

Hhhmmm says the THE guy with the SL10. You know the red headed stepbrother to the 100 that even Sirius barely acknowledges. Nfl eh? Hhhhmmm I say.

Do you have the lastest Zap as posted in my OP?

It only takes about 3 or 4 minutes for it to update. If you have the updated ZAP then I'd do a hard shut down, turn it back on and leave it on a few minutes and then check it. I only had to switch channels while on wifi and then suddenly there they were.
