Default Debug Mode

I have had no problems with the Stiletto until today. I turned it on and got a message that said, Entered Debug Mode. I called customer support and the person said he had no idea what this was, and I should call warranty for a new unit. Before I do that does nayone have any idea what this is and what I need to do? Thanks in advance.

DEBUG MODE.... Sounds interesting. I wonder what key strokes or buttons he pressed to get into this mode. I wonder what it opens up. Maybe allowing FTP access or TELNET access to the unit?

Default Recovery for Debug

I have tried the recovery function with little success. Two things happened, after the recovery was completed the radio restarted in the Debug mode. When I do the recovery immediately after that a second time it works and I am able to listen with the older firmware. If I then try to update the firmware or go from home to car dock, the radio again opens in Debug mode. I have not had luck with customer service, and will pursue the warranty return if needed, but I was hoping to not have to do that. I have not had good experiences with the warranty department regarding an S50 sometime back. Thanks again.

I had this happen todat once I powered my s10 up after work(outta sleep mode). Unhooked the battery, and powered back up, worked slowly for a couple of minutes. After that it has been okay, did not lose any presets. Did anyone ever solve this?
