Default Car kit remote missing channel up/down button?

Is there any way to change channels without bringing up the display channel/category list first?

I guess I'm used to the S50 remote :/

Using the car kit remote, hit TUNE and then just hit the numbers of the channel.

As long as you don't hit PRESET, you should be able to continue to enter the numbers and go directly to the channel.

I also was accustomed to using the UP and DOWN channel buttons on the S50 remote.

The answer is NO...

But you can directly tune to channels as suggested.
