Post Burn mark on back of Stiletto?

Is it possible that the Stiletto 100 heats up so much that it can cause a burn like mark on the back of the unit? Very concerned here

Very likely doubt it. The Stiletto runs on 5V, which runs much more cooler, and I doubt that even a cool temperature on the Stiletto would cause a burn mark.

I've got marks on mine that look like burn marks but I figured it's because it's in the TSS-radio armband all the time, which is black. Then again, I don't really care if it burns up- I have the CC warranty.

I'm not saying you're wrong, just saying that's what I told myself. I'll post a pic of mine later on... it really does look like a burn mark and it doesn't just rub off. What case do you have yours in?

Could it be that the case causes the Stiletto to overheat?

Thumbs up

thanks Hawk for that info, never even crossed my mind to think of that. For now on when I charge the stiletto I will remember to take the stiletto out of the casing before recharging it, again thanks!!
