Looks like you have an F-150 or an Expedition I don't have a Stiltetto, but I do have an F-150..

For the antenna, I routed the antenna wire under the dash, then went up the driver's door frame, sliding the wire behind the rubber strip that lines the dash. I pushed it in with a screwdriver... Then I placed the antenna on the dash by the driver's windshield pillar..

For me the antenna works great on the dash...

PS, I've got a new dot antenna lying around.. I just haven't replaced the big old Audiovox antenna yet

If possible, it might be a good idea to think about a Panavise or Pro-fit mount specific to your vehicle. If it's feasible, I'd probably put the mount on the left side of your radio since the AC power would be just below and then you would have only minimal wiring showing -- assuming you will continue to use the cassette adapter.

Anything then you can try to do to get some of that mess of spaghetti tucked under the fascia and behind the dash would be helpful. Run that antenna cable under the weatherstripping to get it inside the cabin or leave it on the dash like jwt873 has his (outside of the vehicle would be preferable however). But you should really try to get the wiring behind the dash so you can then come up to the car mount input from below so as to minimize the visible wiring too.

Good luck.

You could go with the Sirius installation kit, it has a hardwire adapter for the 5V radios. Check some sites (Crutchfield, TSS) to see if there is an AUX-IN adapter for your radio, or run the cassette adapter wire behind the dash and radio bezel. Have it come out above the A/C controls and run up between the 3&4 buttons, or have it run to the right side under the REW/FF buttons. Just leave enough slack to eject the tape if necessary, but not to much.

If you do the hardwired power, hidden antenna and AUX or hidden cassette run all the wires as tight as possible down the mount, then store the slack inside the dash.
