Default Dock required to play through vehicle radio?

I've had my Stiletto 100 for over a week now and like it so far. Today I finally got around to loading some MP3's on it. I am in Canada and we don't get great reception without being docked or using the headphones with the built in antenna (which really doesn't matter to me much). However I assumed that one would still be able to play content from their Stiletto over their car radio without being docked. Now that I have MP3's loaded and didn't need to rely on my car's antenna for reception I decided to see if it would work, and it didn't. Is there something built in to the car dock that allows it to transfer the signal to the cars radio? Is there any way around this? The reason I ask is because in my line of work I am not always in the same vehicle. I figured it would be great to use the Stiletto to play my MP3's through the vehicle's radio. I guess if I have to buy a second dock to take from one vehicle to another it isn't the end of the world (and it would allow me to pick up the radio signal then too).

The Car Dock and Home Dock have the FM modulator in it which allows you to send the signal to your FM radio. If you don't have a Dock, You can get by by getting a cassette adapter which has an ear phone jack that you could plug into your stiletto and connect to your car's cassette player if you have one. Alternatively you could get an FM Modulator that would plug into the earphone jack as well. There are many places that sell either one. The Cassett Adapter will give you the best sound. Finally if your radio supports an AUX input, you can go directly from the ear phone jack to the AUX input.
