There could be several things, but you'll have to troubleshoot till you figure it out. By chance to you have Windows Media Player 11 installed? This caused my Stiletto to no longer be recognized by YME or MSS even after I installed it.

Red face Windows media player 11 rollback

I just bought a stiletto today and I have been researching before buying through SIRIUS BS and saw the problems with windows media player 11, I didn't want to redo my entire computer like you did so I did some research and discovered that it is possible to roll-back to WMP 10 from WMP 11.

1. Go into add and remove programs, remove Windows Media Player, It should ask you if you want to roll-back to you previous configuration or something like that. RESTART YOUR COMPUTER!!!

Now, for the rest of it...

2. go back to add and remove porgrams, remove Windows Media player 11 runtime, you may need to check the "Show updates box". Restart your computer again (sorry, I didn't make windows )

3. now remove Microsoft User-Mode Driver Framework Feature Pack 1.0.0, while removing this "program" it might popup a window about other programs that depend on this file, it is ok, click yes. Just to elaborate... this program/file was installed with windows media player 11, when you delete this file it rolls it back to the file that came with windows media player 10 (or whatever you had previously.

4. BAM! your done. after I did all those steps myself I saw the WMP icon had changed on my desktop, I opened it up and it gave me the menus like i had just installed WMP10, i clicked through all those and it still had all my music...
I'm old school, Stiletto 100 baby!
