Default Home Dock Lights

I can't find my home dock manual. What is the blue indicator light for on the home dock? And, why is it solid some time and blinks at other times? Thanks.

It blinks while the battery is charging and stays solid when the battery is charged. There's two lights, one for the battery in the device and one for the second battery slot.

I thought it might have something to do with charging. But I was confused because my SL100 had been in the home dock all day. I put it in sleep mode when I went to bed and the light started blinking. I had never had that happen.

I've had it start randomly charging when it said it was full before too... don't understand why but it usually stops after an hour or so.

You mean you actually sleep in the same room as your home dock? You must wear a pretty thick blindfold at night.

I wish the Stilletto came with the little carry sack like the S50. I always used it to cover the unit when in the home dock. Mostly to keep my kids from reading what was on the HS show.

When I sold my S50, I kept my little black sack and I use it on my Stiletto when dock in my Soloist at night, though in all honesty it dims down pretty good. I just sometimes don't feel like dimming it so I just cover it with the S50 sack

Ever since I got my first sportster I have been expierencing the "blue light" phenomena..gotta watch out for the 60's acid flashback though!
When I charge my SL10 in the car dock it will read full....then I put it in the home dock and it will charge even more...not that big a deal...

I mostly listen to Sirius over my DishNetwork these days and do not use the Stiletto all that much anymore. But I keep it in my bedroom for mostly one reason - it is the coolest night light you could ever have.
