Default Which case is better?

Hey, I just got my Stiletto 100 and I already know that I want to keep this thing safe. I want to get a case for it but I dont know which to get. I need help choosing one that will provide the protection to withstand say a fall to the ground if it were to happen. I found these 2, they look promising but I would like someone who owns one or has had experience with one to tell me how good/bad they really are.

Speck ToughSkin

Ruggedized Case

If anyone knows of any other case that is similar plese link it. I was also thinking of getting a leather case aswell and any suggestions will be much apreciated. Thanks in advance

Check out this thread:

http://www.siriusbackstage.com/forum...ad.php?t=91046

This is what I posted in thread :

I have both the Speck rubber case and the Directed leather case. I have to say reception with the rugged case is far inferior. I walked around with the Stiletto in the rubber case in my jacket pocket and the reception was in an out, very choppy. The next day and at the same time, I did the same walk with the Stiletto in the Directed leather case in the same jacket pocket, and reception was flawless.

While having the Stiletto in the rugged case and in my hand, the reception was good. But I like to keep the Stiletto in my pockets not in my hands. So the rugged case does give excellent protection but the trade off is in reception quality. I thought I put my feedback out here.

I use the rugged case every day and sometimes I get slightly spotty reception and other times I get great reception. Comparing every day to the same time somehow is not a good test. There must be environmental conditions that are playing in to this.

The fact that you can put the Stiletto in your pocket and still get reception indicates that you must have a terrestrial signal around. I use a terrestrial repeater at work and the reception is different from day-to-day.

I can put my Stiletto in my pocket while at home and the signal completely drops out. I don't have a repeater at the house so it's pure satellite. Not using the sat headphones this is what I would expect.

Default Case

I have the leather case with the magnetized flap. You can take the flap off if you wish. There is a cut out in the case so the antena is exposed. Comes with a belt clip too. This comes off as well. I would say this is the best case i've seen, although Im not sure how good it would be if you dropped it. I know this case was hard to get awhile ago but I think TSS has it now.

One thing i will say about the above mentioned leather case is that sometimes when plugging in the antena headphones with the case on, a little piece of the leather flap at the bottom makes it hard 4 the phones to go all the way in. I've mentioned this before because my stiletto will say "antena not detected" even with the phones plugged in. i don't know if this is unique to my stiletto or others have experienced this. wouldnt mind some feedback on this "antena" issue. thanks...................
