Default How about an upgrade with sound presets or an equalizer?

I posted this in another thread, but I thought I'd start a new one about it. Would anyone else like to see some sort of preset sound adjustments or an equalizer added to the Stiletto's menu. I know this would be my #1 request. I'm talking about something similar to the preset equalizer settings that the IPOD has always included.

Is there a reason sound adjustments have never been incorporated into any of the portable satellite radios? Also, would it be possible to add these in a software update or would it have to be something that was put into the hardware at the time the unit was made?

Personally, I've become accustomed over the years to all of the "bass booster", "fake surround sound", etc. type settings that most walkmen and boomboxes have had for the past decade, and I really miss having these type of settings on my satellite radio portables. They sound "flat" without it to me. Why doesn't the Stiletto (or any other sat. radio for that matter) offer equalizer settings, like the IPOD and walkmen do? Anyone else interested in this option being added?

Does it even have a chip inside that's CAPABLE of equalization? If not, it will NEVER happen. If it does, you'll just have to hope Sirius puts that feature in.

We'd be better off with a radio that has a digital out port like fiber optic and have it direct connect to a receiver with a EQ. As long as we are stuck with these bobo 1970's analog connections EQ will be useless.

I would not expect much else in the first generation. I would think most of your ideas for upgrades will be saved for the second generation. So the real question is. What changes or additions would you like to see in the second generation 100 or 200 ?
