I've finally had it with IE...too much crap and way to slow. I tried Mozilla tonight, and love it. It's much faster and easier to navigate.

Been there done that and got the ole faded T-Shirt. Came right back to IE, all these other browsers have their own set of issues. IE isn't slow on my system, maybe you need a faster computer Ryan. LOL

Just has to rass you a little...

I could ALWAYS user a faster computer. I'm pretty anal about what's on my system, and keeping it protected. I just got sick of IE and it's many vulnerabilities and issues.

I love Netscape 7.1. Sure it's a little more bloated than Mozilla, yet still offers the same benefits. The built-in popup blocker is great.

You could always get a Mac and Give Safari a Spin =).

I love Mozilla but you will find some faults with it. But I really enjoy it. You have to setup all your cookies again.

Some people like Opera not really my cup of tea but I've checked it out and didn't really fit me.

I use to like netscape 3.06 gold, but the later 3.0 and so IE got me as it worked pretty well and with speech output. I went from netscapes mail thing to outlook as it has a spell checker. Still an IE user and played with other browsers, but I end up back with IE.

The only real problem I have with IE is that it will slow to a crawl. I find under accessibility that under tools internet options that style sheets are checked and its linkd to a bmp file. Once I uncheck that it speeds back up.

Opera here.

If you MUST use IE, at least have a GOOD pop-up blocker. I highly recommend http://www.endpopups.com And, it's free! (Donations to the developer are accepted but not begged for!)

Safari is awesome. When I had my iBook that is what I used all the time. I just wish that they had it for Windows.

If you want a good, free, no ads popup blocker, try:

http://www.bayden.com/popper/

I love the fact that you can automatically allow all intranet sites. Great for work.[/url]

The Google Toolbar is also awesome. It also ads your favorite search engine right there one click away.

IE with Google toolbar is the way to go, the second I found out about it I was amazed! It works really well, and a cool feature that I use is the highlight feature, this lets you search for a couple of words, than it will highlight the words in every page you go to. That feature comes in handy.

I liked the Google toolbar, with built in Pop-Up Blocker...but I like Yahoo's toolbar better, since I use Yahoo for everything. The new version will have a Pop-Up Blocker as well.

Microsoft has announced Windows XP SP2 will include pop up blocking into Internet Explorer. Finally.

I may have to use that when my machine finally breaks down and needs to reformat, but I'll keep using Firebird from here to reinstall.

Another vote for Opera here.

The Mouse gestures make surfing the web FAST. I feel like Tom Cruise in Minority Report flying through the pages without the slightest pause.
