A lot of good ones listed in this topic. Here's the trailer of another one that I liked as well...

Harold and Kumar go to White Castle

I love that flick. I really started liking it after the second or third time.

Production on part 2 starts in January I think. They're going to Amsterdam this time. Or at least they're gonna try to.

I personally don't think there's such a thing as "the funniest movie ever"...but these come awfully close:

Coming to America
The Big Lebowski
Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery (Original only!)
National Lampoon's Vacation
Dumb and Dumber
Young Frankenstein
Ace Ventura
UHF
Fast Times At Ridgemont High
A Fish Called Wanda
Ghostbusters
Planes, Trains & Automobiles
Spaceballs
Beetlejuice

LOTS more...too lazy to list.

Yeah, but now that Doogie's officially come out of the closet, it's a little hard to accept him doing blow off a hot topless chick and fondling her boobs while on top of a fast-moving vehicle.

Titanic.

I probably laughed for 5 minutes straight and the end when Leo's character was bobbing while frozen. That is actually one of the only parts of that borefest that I remember.

Not a fan of comedies, movies or TV shows but Uncle Buck was pretty funny, The Girl Next Door and Dorm Daze I saw not too long ago and they were decent.

Something about mary is NOT a good comedy. Worst maybe. Jokes so forced you cringe.

Friday and Half Baked can be watched continuously.

I would say Office Space or Clerks are 2 of the funniest movies ever.

Honorable Mention:
Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie
There's Something about Mary
When Harry Met Sally (I know men shouldn't like this movie, so this is my one chick flick exception)
Better Off Dead- if you haven't seen this, do yourself a favor and rent it.
Revenge of the Nerds
3 O'clock High
Harold and Kumar go to White Castle
Any Austin Powers movie
So I Married an Axe Murderer
National Lampoons Vacation- all the Vacation movies are good, but the first is best.
