New yankee dude has too much gear. Woodwright's Shop is much more fun. He showed us how to use our fingernails to turn a tree into an axe, then use the axe to build an entire wood working shop. New yankee dude would be helpless without his laser guided bevel cutter and such.

The best series I've seen come to TV in a long time is Rescue Me. Comedy, drama, suspense, action...

The only shows I follow regualrly are Desperate Housewives and Grey's Anatomy. Yes, a straight guy can watch those shows. Any other time I turn my TV on it's showing Discovery or History channel, with the exception of the occasional late night Family Guy before bed.

Most other TV shows are too boring and I refuse to start watching another serial.
