Default Convection Ovens

Just bought my first convection oven, albeit only a small one. It's a Hamilton Beach model. I haven't really used convection cooking before, but I have to say, it's freaking great! We made personal pizzas yesterday, and it tasted better than a pizza on a pizzastone in our regular oven, even when only using the paper-thin pizza pan that comes with it. Made about a half-dozen things with it so far, and I have loved the results. The only thing I wish that my oven had was the ability to fit a 9 x 13 pan in there, but the difference in price was quite a bit for one that did that, even though it would only mean extending the length or width by about 1-1.5 inches.

Any other convection cookers here?

I use my convection oven more than the traditional oven. Uses less energy and is very convenient. Also crisps things better and adds more capacity for holidays.

I'm happy with my toaster oven, but I have to admit those convection ovens look pretty cool.

I think there are convection ovens that are combined with microwave ovens that might even be better.

Those Microwave convection ovens look mighty cool, but the cheapest I saw a countertop one go for is over $200, which is about $100 too rich for my blood, especially when we already have a microwave, and a backup in case the first goes bust. Plus, the dinner vegetable is often frozen corn, peas, greenbeans, etc., so it is nice to be able to have the oven cooking the main dish while zapping the veggies.
