Are they out in force now? I was at BestBuy the other day and saw a TON of PS3's, but no Wii's. My kids have been pestering me to get a "Wii360*" but I don't want to get a Wii until they're out in force as I refuse to stand in line for hours waiting for a damn ticket to buy one.

* Wii360 = Nintendo Wii + Xbox 360 which costs less than a PS3.

A WII360 is a killer combo and they don't use the same input on the TV!

Winner!

lol, classic.

I was dying for these game systems to come out. I just can't bring myself to buy one. My Xbox and PS2 still rock, games are cheap and I am not sure the prices for the new consoles will ever come down.

I added you last night!

I'm really having fun with the bowling game on Wii sports, especially the one where it keeps adding a row of pins each frame so you eventually have 91 pins to knock down.

Oh my GOD that's addicting! I've ALWAYS wanted to bowl down 90pins at once and now I can without being thrown out of the place.

can you play the old NES or SNES games on it? Is there some kind of list that is available?

you can but the selection is limited right now and they cost from $5-$10 depending on if it's a NES, SNES, TURBOGRAFX-16, Genesis, N64

Yes, Sega Genesis and NEC TurboGraphx-16 are also available.

BY FAR the best feature is the internet access as I NEVER turn on my laptop anymore.

I personally don't own one, but I stood in line with a friend at launch for 20+ hours, and we got it, and it's great. He's my roomate, so I can basically play it whenever I feel the urge, but within the next month or two I'm buying one. Last night, I went to walmart and saw next to the 360's, were 4 wii's. I had to do a double take. We called up a friend who was waiting for one, and he came over and bought one of them up right on the spot.

Warioware smooth moves just came out, that's a definate buy. Also, anyone looking for a game that didn't get excite truck yet, I sat pick it up. It looks simple and stupid and too shallow, but there's a good amount of unlockables and things to beat there, it'll keep you busy. Plus, slap in a SD card to the wii with you music on it, and you cna crnak whatever songs you want durings races. It's a really fun games with tons of trucks and difficulties to unlock and iit's underrated IMO

x360...been around, proven to be good, but belives ps3 has more ability in the long run

wii...just doesn't have the graphics of the other 2, but looks to be fun, at times. i think truely, wii works good as long as u have ps3 or x360. there has to be times u just want to sit back and enjoy instead of jumping around

Have you read up on the Wii at all???? Maybe it's a common misconception that you have to jump around constantly while playing this system. The truth is, that's a bunch of BS. Most of the games require you to kick back and relax while you play. Only a few games require you to engage system on a physical level.

I've had a Wii since Christmas and I f'ing love it! It is, hands down, the greatest system ever!

All of the ones I've played do require you to move the remote, but on some it's extremely little. Even the laziest person in the world wouldn't find them to be an issue. Wii Sports is really the only one that requires you to exert a fairly decent level of energy.

Anyone that's still buying videogames based on a system's specs on the box needs to graduate from 2nd grade gaming.

Zero reality. If it was, there would be no gameboy.

Yea, well..I rather play a game, lets say a driving game, that LOOKS like a car, rather than a rectangle and 4 circles for wheels.
