Default FIRST MULTI-ZONE SATELLITE RADIO AT CEDIA EXPO

SIRIUS AND ANTEX ELECTRONICS UNVEIL FIRST MULTI-ZONE SATELLITE RADIO
RECEIVER AT CEDIA EXPO

Three-Zone Satellite Receiver, for Home or Business Use, Available in
November

NEW YORK, GARDENA, CA & INDIANAPOLIS, IN - September 4, 2003 - SIRIUS
(NASDAQ: SIRI), known for delivering the very best in commercial-free
music and premium audio entertainment to cars and homes across the
country, announced that Antex Electronics, a leading developer of
professional digital audio and satellite receiver products, is introducing the
world's first satellite radio specifically designed for use in multi-room,
multi-zone audio systems. The three-zone SIRIUS receiver, SRX-3
TriplePlay, unveiled today at the CEDIA Expo, consolidates multiple tuners
into a single component, allowing listeners in different rooms to play
different SIRIUS streams simultaneously over a single distributed audio
system. The SRX-3, suitable for home or commercial use, will be
available in November.

The first-of-its-kind satellite radio receiver is designed for use in
multi-zone, multi-room audio systems typically found in luxury homes,
offices, and retail businesses. Equipped with both IR and RS-232 control,
the SRX-3 integrates easily with popular entertainment control systems
from Crestron, AMX, Sonance, Niles, Elan, Kenwood, and other companies.
Suitable for tabletop display or rack mounting, the receiver is
tailored to the needs of the custom electronics installers. The SRX-3 carries
a manufacturer's suggested retail price of $1,695.00. Subscription to
SIRIUS, priced at $26.85 for non-commercial three-zone applications, is
also required.

"We are excited to provide the customized installer and home owner with
a value-added entertainment option," said Larry Pesce, senior vice
president, product management at SIRIUS. "Partners such as Antex allow us
to stay ahead of the curve in the product development cycle and provide
music lovers with the very best in premium entertainment in the car at
home, and at work."

"This is an exciting development for consumers and tremendous
opportunity for home electronics installers and professional sound contractors,"
said Dave Foley, president, Antex Electronics. "We are thrilled to
partner with SIRIUS in making satellite radio a practical option for
distributed audio systems, and believe the product will appeal to owners of
existing systems as well as new customers for multi-zone audio."

Features of the SIRIUS/Antex Multi-zone receiver SRX-3 TriplePlay:

- 3 independent and simultaneous zones of SIRIUS content
- Straight forward integration with control systems via single port
- 160x240 graphical LCD, backlit display
- Infrared remote control capability
- 10 music presets for each zone
- Channel Skip feature allows the user to select channels to include
when scanning the channel or category list

This could be very big. With the proper sales plan it could be huge. But I think it will take face to face selling.
