Because FM was unlistenable and I was making a new CD every 3 days... Cheaper to pay for Sirius! (also, for Shade 45)

Sirius had Shade 45 and the Wax 42. Its hip-hop looked much stronger.

2 (would like a neo-soul channel)
1 (good price)
Listen in the car with an Alipne after market...also on Dish Network, and also on the computer.

Reason for purchasing Satellite Radio: I live in rural Arkansas and there is not a decent selection of FM radio.

Reason for purchasing XM vs. Sirius: I listened to both, and just liked the Sirius lineup better.

Are you satisfied with assortment of channels? (please provide a number and then elaborate on why you chose that number)
3...You can't make everyone happy by hitting everyone's niche channels, but if I could I would add a couple of channels and tweak the playlists on several others. The stations I listen to are a lot better than the stations I can get locally but still aren't "great" stations.

Are you satisfied with price? (please provide a number and then elaborate on why you chose that number)
2...The price is good, but I wouldn't pay much more.

How do you listen to your satellite radio? i.e. what devices? In my car on my Starmate Replay, on my work computer, and my home computer.

I'm gald there's a study being done on this![/QUOTE]
